Refund policy
We want you satisfied. We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee: if you're not happy within 60 days of delivery, contact us at vanta.support.contact@gmail.com with your order number and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund.
Hygiene policy. Because this is an intimate, personal-care product, used or opened items cannot be resold or returned for hygiene reasons. As a result:
- Unopened, unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
- If your item has been opened or used and you're not satisfied, we'll handle your refund under the 60-day guarantee — in most cases without requiring you to ship the item back.
Damages and issues. Inspect your order on arrival. If it's defective, damaged, or wrong, contact us within 14 days with a photo and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Non-returnable items. For hygiene reasons, opened/used personal-care items, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned (the 60-day guarantee still applies).
Refunds. Once approved, refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank/card processing may add a few days. If more than 15 business days pass after approval, contact us.
EU/UK customers. You have a 14-day right to cancel after delivery. This right does not apply to sealed hygiene goods once unsealed. Your statutory rights are not affected.
