Shipping Policy

Discreet shipping. Every order ships in plain, unmarked packaging with no branding on the outside, and your card statement shows a discreet descriptor. Your privacy is protected at every step.

Order processing. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery times. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Delivery typically takes [X–Y] business days depending on your location. All times are estimates and are not guaranteed; delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control may occur.

Tracking. All orders are tracked. You'll get a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.

International orders & customs. We ship to the US, EU, and other regions. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination country. These fees are set by your local authorities, are the customer's responsibility, and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Lost, delayed, or missing orders. If your order is delayed or hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us at vanta.support.contact@gmail.com and we'll help track it down or make it right.

Incorrect address. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly provided address, but contact us right away and we'll do our best to help.
